LEAF Redemptions

Redemption cards are an unfortunate but sometimes necessary part of our business. In a perfect world, Leaf would never need to issue them. However, various factors can make redemptions essential to delivering the best possible checklist for collectors. These factors include player availability for signing, injuries, scheduling or location changes, extended contract negotiations, and shipping delays or lost packages. Rather than remove key players from a product, Leaf may issue redemptions to ensure the final checklist meets our high standards.

To support accurate and timely management of redemptions, we created RedeemLeaf.com. Through this site, you can enter your redemption codes, track shipments, and view the history of cards you’ve redeemed.

If you are unable to enter your redemption codes on RedeemLeaf, we also accept submissions via mail (a physical copy of the redemption card must be received by Leaf in these situations). Please note that there may be delays in processing redemption codes submitted via mail. Mail in redemptions must include:
  • The original redemption card(s) (photocopy not accepted)
  • Name and address
  • Phone number
  • Email Address
Posting online via social media or sharing redemption cards/codes with others will invalidate your redemption! There are NO exceptions to this policy. Further, Leaf is not responsible for mail in redemption submissions that are lost or stolen in transit.
Mail in redemption submissions should go to:
Leaf Trading Cards
Attn: Redemption Submission
400 Tittle Dr. Building B
The Colony, TX 75056
We do not offer support for our redemption program over the phone. Email support of redemptions is available via our Contact Us page. Please expect delays in receiving email support.
