Redeem Your Collectible
While Leaf strives to include all cards in-pack, redemption cards are occasionally necessary to ensure the best possible player checklist. Delays in signing can occur due to player availability, injuries, scheduling conflicts, or logistics. Rather than removing these key players from a product, we use redemptions to fulfill our commitment to collectors.
HOW TO REDEEM
Four Steps to Your Colletible

Locate the Redemption Code on Your Card
Your redemption card contains a unique code printed on the front or back. The code follows this format: XXXX - XXXX - XXXX - XXXX
Keep your card safe. You'll need the physical card for verification if there's a dispute. Don't throw it away after submitting.

Create or Log In to Your Redeemleaf.com account
Head to the Leaf Redemption Portal and sign in. If you don't have an account yet, registration is free and takes under a minute. You'll need a valid email address and a shipping address.
Use a permanent email address. All status updates and shipping notifications will be sent there.

Enter Your Redemption Code
Once logged in, navigate to the dropdown menu and click "New Redemption", enter your code exactly as it appears on card. Codes cannot be resubmitted once claimed.
Having trouble? If the portal shows "code not found," contact our support team with a photo of your card.

Confirm Your Shipping Address and Wait
After submitting, confirm your delivery address in the portal. Once your autograph is ready and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check status at any time by logging back into the portal.

Mail-In Redemption Policy
If you are unable to use RedeemLeaf.com, you may submit your redemptions by mail. Please be aware that mail-in submissions experience longer processing times.
Submission Requirements
To redeem by mail, you must include:

  • The original redemption card: Photocopies are not accepted.

  • Contact information: Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Critical Security Policy
Do not post photos of your redemption cards or codes on social media. Sharing your codes with others will permanently invalidate your redemption. There are no exceptions to this policy.
